A22 is the kind of place where the lanai quickly becomes your favorite room. The ocean is right in front of you, surfers are often out early, and the day tends to begin and end in the same place: outside with the Pacific in view.


Inside, the condo is set up for two, with a king bedroom, kitchen and the comforts you need between beach days, dinners in town and slow mornings at home.

The Lanai

From Kona coffee to sunset.

The private lanai keeps the Pacific directly in front of you from morning coffee through sunset. With the water this close, there is not much competing for your attention.

Some mornings bring surfers offshore. Spinner dolphins are frequent visitors to this stretch of coast, and on Wednesday mornings cruise ships often anchor offshore. Humpbacks return to Kona waters from November into early May. By evening, the view turns west for sunset.
