Both condos are third floor oceanfront units at Kona Reef, 23 feet from the water, with private lanais facing the Pacific and Kailua Village an easy walk away. A22’s lanai has a bar height table with two swivel chairs and ottomans. D24’s has the same table plus a full lounge. Pick the one that fits how you like to sit outside.
